Teen accused of pepper spraying Carousel Center store security guards (The Post-Standard)

Syracuse, NY - A teen-ager is being held in the Justice Center Jail after Syracuse police said she attempted to steal more than $100 worth of clothing from J.C. Penney at Carousel Center and shot pepper spray at two store employees.
